There was no reason to be worried about Katie Taylor's first fight at the Olympics as the Bray fighter pummelled her way into the semi-finals of the women's lightweight competition.
Taylor won her fight against Great Britain's Natasha Jonas with a massive score of 26-15 to send her into a semi-final on Wednesday.
She came out from the start obviously buzzing to get into action as she bounced around the square and picked off Jonas with ease.
The first round score of 5-2 to Katie belied her domination at the start, but the Liverpool boxer fought back in the second to hold her own and get a score of 5-5 in that round to leave it at 10-7 overall.
However, the Liverpool girl couldn't contend with Katie in the third round as she scored some great combinations and was subjected to a standing count by the referee.
Katie won that round 9-4 and the final round only compounded her dominance with another standing count for Jonas as Taylor ended up 26-15 winner overall.
